Photo Chemical Machining

Precision Parts
The PCM process makes possible the production of parts with complex geometric shapes, without requiring large tooling costs for small prototype runs.

Chemograf produces metal parts in thicknesses ranging from 0.03 mm (0.0012") to 1.2 mm (0.048"), and in a spectrum of metal alloys.

All PCM processes are carried out under 'MIL SPEC' and 'ISO 9002' standards.
The PCM process is suitable for :
Pumps and engine parts
Parts for the electronic industry
Lead frames & Lids
R.F Boxes
Parts for the electro-optic industry
Parts for valves and seals
Filters and springs
Gagging leaves
Fine detail tints
Delicate gearing wheels
Ribs and heat sheets

Metals and metal alloys suitable for photochemical machining:
Brass, copper, regular and stainless steel, aluminum, silver, nickel and cadmium. Check with us for additional alloys.

SMT
One of our most important products is precise, chemically-milled metal parts, where a high level of accuracy is required.

SMT stencils are used for applying solder paste on PCB (printed circuit boards) using SMT technologies.

SMT stencils can be completed within 24 hours of receipt of files.
